# How to sell appointment packages and credits online

Bundle appointments into packages so clients can purchase a set of credits upfront. It builds loyalty and smooths out your cash flow.

Build a package

Navigate to Packages in your admin area. Choose a name, the number of credits included, and an optional price and validity period.

Add credits to a client

Look up the client in your Clients directory, open their record, and hit "+ Credits" to apply a package.

Clients redeem credits when booking

For credit-required appointments, clients spend one credit per booking. If they cancel, the credit is automatically returned.
